At your appointment, we verify your identity, witness the signing, apply the notarial seal, and log the act in our journal of notarial acts — and you'll be in good standing.

For appointments outside our regular business hours of 8am–7pm, Monday–Saturday. Final rate depends on distance and number of signatures.
Booked with as little as 4 hours' notice. Because we clear space to get to you quickly, the booking fee is non-refundable as soon as your appointment is confirmed.
Facility & restricted-access fee: appointments at hospitals, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, assisted living and memory care, hospice, correctional facilities, or homebound and mobility-limited residences include an added facility fee for the extra check-in time and access coordination these locations require. This fee applies on top of any tier above and is confirmed at booking.
Michigan state notary fees are set by law and included in your quoted rate. A booking fee reserves your appointment and is applied toward your total. See our Booking Policy.

What should I bring?
Your complete document(s), unsigned — we witness the signature, so please don't sign ahead of time — plus valid identification. Under Michigan law, we can accept:
- A current driver's license, state ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID that has your photo and signature on it
- A credible witness who personally knows both you and the notary and can vouch for your identity under oath, if you don't have an ID
Per Michigan's notarial acts law (MCL 55.285), the ID must be current (not expired) and include both a photo and a signature. Not sure yours qualifies? Ask us before your appointment.
Where do you travel?
Based in Detroit, we come to you across Dearborn, Livonia, Garden City, Canton, Westland, and the greater Metro Detroit area. Don't see your city? Reach out and we'll quote travel.
Do you offer evening or weekend times?
Yes. We're available evenings, weekends, and on rush notice, outside our regular business hours of 8am–7pm, Monday–Saturday.
Do you handle real estate or loan signings?
At this time, we do not notarize real estate, mortgage, or loan documents. Those documents are handled by signing agents. However, if you need one, we're happy to refer you to one of our vetted colleagues.
